The cleaning of surgeries, waiting rooms, reception areas, lifts and washrooms required our company to develop a specific cleaning and hygiene plan. In preparation, we selected effective eco-friendly cleaning products, disinfectants and professional cleaning tools. Because of the proximity of the opening after the cleaning, we were not only competing with dirt but also with time.
The building was previously used as an office building. During the interior painting of the used building, both the floor and the tiled surfaces were stained. With meticulous work and the use of a steam cleaning machine, we cleaned these surfaces. During the cleaning, all the rooms in the building were vacuumed and mopped several times with a Karcher industrial vacuum cleaner.
Cleaning the glass surfaces required more time than average. The front and rear facades of the three-storey building also had windows that could not be opened. These windows were cleaned at a big height using telescopic technology. The concrete side walls near the entrance and the canopy above the main entrance were moss-cleaned with a high-pressure washer.
We also place a high priority on disinfection in medical facilities, so we used disinfectant cleaning to clean frequently used surfaces throughout the building
At the customer's request, the ceramic flooring in front of the reception area was coated with an anti-slip agent and then evenly spread with a grinding machine.
With the help of our hard-working staff, modern machinery and environmentally friendly cleaning products, we completed the post-renovation clean-up on the day of the handover.
